I just made these with an electric tortilla press sprayed with coconut oil. They have a lot of fiber and there is some indication that high amounts of fiber can interfere with weight loss. I know because I tried it. Combine all the ingredients in the Frying Batter together, stir well so there is no lump. I guess you could use a vacuum bag, too but not completely crush them.
